Gail has been in the insurance and reinsurance business for some 38 years, gaining experience in many different disciplines. He spent over 23 years working with the major reinsurance divisions of the largest insurance brokers involved in a variety of niche programs and specialty accounts. His primary expertise is in the casualty arena with years of experience in wheels business, general liability, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice and DIC business along with catastrophic coverage for life insurance companies. His success has come from building solid, long-term relationships; proving a hands-on approach to keep all parties up-to date with the nuances of each individual account.

Andrew L. Willson, Senior Vice President.

Andrew has over 20 years of Reinsurance experience and handles the accounting, reinsurance reporting and data analysis aspects of Willson Re. He is also heavily involved in program development, marketing, the drafting of reinsurance contracts, and overall account maintenance. Andrew's attention to detail and professionalism has been acknowledged and acclaimed by our business partners and clients.
